1. About SoloAgentCodes
SoloAgentCodes is a software product operated by EmpowerCodes. The product is designed to help solo real estate professionals manage leads, properties, public website content, and proposals.
2. Software license
When you purchase SoloAgentCodes, you receive a license to use the software subject to the license scope presented at checkout and in your purchase records. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices from the software except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
3. Orders and payment
Product pricing, included features, and any active promotional offer are displayed before checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Product updates and support
Eligible license holders receive product updates as described on the pricing page. New purchases include one year of product support. Support does not include custom development, third-party hosting administration, or services outside the purchased product unless agreed separately in writing.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own website content, property information, client data, legal notices, hosting account, backups, and compliance obligations. You must not use the product for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue non-essential product features where reasonably necessary. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes that significantly affect the purchased product.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business need. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
